I enjoyed the city and hotel, would return here. All the staff was attentive and top-class, tackled my issues. It was in a central setting to the ski bus.

The breakfast with yoghurts, meat other than pork plus cheeses was varied and incredible, you’ll find what you need. Location: the hotel was near airport and lake. I tried some drinks at wine bar Hilberger's Beisl, located 10 minutes walk away.

The breakfast was good, but when the dishes finish they don't refill it again so you have to wake up very early or you will miss it

It was so hot without an air-conditioning system in the building! Also, the bathroom was in a separated place while the fountain was in another!

The staff were very nice and helpfull,I liked writting the families name in an elegant way on their delegated parking and the breakfast with the resturant were good.
The toilet kurtens to be blinders preventing any body from looking to the bathroom occupier.

The room had a romantic feel, and the views of the mountains from the window were stunning. the location was great, near the local buses, the new cable car, and main shops, making it convenient for exploring Kaprun.

The food was amazing, the best ever and for a very reasonable price. The staff were all brilliant and couldnt do enough for you. We had the basic room, although small was great for the amount of time you spend in the room.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of town and just a short walk to the bus stop that takes you to the glacier. The hotel itself was on a quiet street, providing a serene atmosphere while still being close to everything.
